SERVICES
DESIGN TO BUILD
[design clarity before construction]
For clients planning a renovation or new build who want the design and construction process thoughtfully connected from the beginning.
We develop the design, plans, selections, and details, then work alongside the builder or contractor throughout construction. In many cases, we help connect our clients with the right building professional for their project; if you already have a builder you love, we're happy to work with them, too!
Our goal is to get the important design decisions figured out before construction begins and keep the process moving smoothly once the build is underway.
Includes:
-
Blueprint + layout review
-
Space planning + design development
-
2D + 3D drawings
-
Finish + material selections
-
Cabinetry + millwork
-
Plumbing + lighting selections
-
Builder/contractor collaboration
-
Selection documentation
-
Design support throughout construction
Where our scope ends:
Design to Build concludes when construction is complete and the design scope has been fulfilled. Furniture, window treatments, artwork, accessories, styling, and post-construction furnishing are not included but may be added separately.
